POSTER GUIDELINES

AGENDA HIGHLIGHTS (Exact times subject to change) 

  • 8:00–8:30 AM – Poster Setup 

  • 10:00–10:30 AM – Poster Session 1 

  • 2:30–3:00 PM – Poster Session 2 

  • 4:15–5:00 PM – Futures Panel & Poster Awards 

  

Please note that posters should remain displayed for the full day (8:00am-5:00pm). 

  

POSTER GUIDELINES 

Size: 48 inches wide × 36 inches high 

We recommend using the attached poster template, which includes the PAOHC logo. Please also include your affiliation logo. 

  

Formatting tips: 

  • Title: Banner across the top, minimum 70-point font (all caps optional) 

  • Authors & affiliations: Below the title, in smaller font 

  • Body text: Minimum 18-point font, readable from five feet away 

  • Color: Use purposefully for visual interest, not randomly throughout 

  

If you need to print near the venue, FedEx is located at 3710 Forbes Ave. 

  

AWARDS 

Please note that poster awards will be presented to student category submissions only. During the poster sessions, judges will visit student posters and ask you to give a brief 2–3 minute overview.
